Privacy policy
Effective from 21 October 2026 · onlanding.studio
We respect your privacy and collect only the minimum data we need to reply to your inquiry.
Who we are
OnLanding is a website development studio based in Ukraine, operating onlanding.studio. For any questions about your data, email us at hello@onlanding.studio.
What data we collect
- Inquiry form data: your name, phone, Telegram, WhatsApp or email, and your message – only if you fill in and send the form yourself.
- Visit and ad performance statistics (page views, traffic source, device type) – in aggregate, without identifying you, and only with your consent.
How and why we use it
- We use form data only to get back to you about your request. The legal basis is your request to us before a possible contract.
- We use statistics to understand how the site and our ads perform. The legal basis is your consent.
- We don’t send newsletters, and we never sell or hand over your contact details to anyone.
Services that process data
- Cloudflare – hosts the site and handles form submissions.
- Telegram – our secure work chat, where inquiries arrive.
- Google and Meta – analytics and ad measurement via Google Tag Manager, only with your consent.
These providers may process data outside the EU and EEA.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses Google Tag Manager to measure traffic and ad performance (Google Analytics and Meta). These services may set cookies to tell visitor sessions apart. We only see aggregate reports – no names or contact details. They switch on only after you accept in the cookie banner, and we remember if you decline. The site works fully without them, and you can change your choice by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings.
Storage and deletion
We keep inquiry data while we are in touch about your request. You can ask us to delete your data at any time – email hello@onlanding.studio or use the form on the site, and we’ll do it within 7 days.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted or withdraw your consent to analytics. If you believe we handle your data unlawfully, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
